We are switching to UltiPro for payroll processing. Has anyone used UltiPro? What did you think of their accuracy and service? One of our challenges is paying non-exempt over time to staff that receive a commission or a bonus. Currently OT is backed out at the last rate and readjusted at a new rate each paycheck (bi-weekly) and is very confusing to the staff who want one rate of pay (basex1.5).

Hopefully, your colleagues who evaluated and selected Ultipro would have made your question one of their own when conducting due diligence.
Reference checking on the organization that you plan to partner with for a solution/ service that affects each employee is an important task. A good selection team finds their own references and asks their own questions.
Secondly, the use case/scenario you describe (re OT payments) should have been part of your software demonstration agenda...I call it "Show me how your software---"
Did you ask the finalist vendors to demonstrate this?
