We are researching Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions for small businesses. We are looking for a solution that will allow for multiple lines, flexibility, and the least disruption to what we are accustom to with traditional phone services.
We've looked at Ooma, Vonage, RingCentral, Nextiva and the likes.
Any input and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

By a company called Panterra. Has worked well for us. Completely cloud enabled. The only issue has been router compatibility, so if you call them make sure you know your router type. Other than that it pretty much never fails and is inexpensive (not cheap, but cheap enough).
My personal experience with vonage has not been good, but that was a few years back. Tons of call quality issues.
We've been using XO communications for the past two years. The initial setup had some issues but since then, we haven't had a problem. Great service and a nice reduction in overall costs.
Highly recommend you consider www.onsip.com. WILDLY lower costs, great support, fully cloud-hosted, no hassles. If you don't currently have VoIP handsets you can purchase pre-owned HiDef ones for ~$150/unit. With HD handsets voice quality is simply incredible. Full disclosure, I am the former
