Sorry for the delayed response Irv. I have attended several Vorsight webinars; spoken with their sales exec; and my company hires them for a 2-day, on-site training session for our entry level, inside sales reps. So I feel comfortable recommending them. That said - when you hire an outside firm to set appointments for you, the key to positioning your investment for a return is very careful planning (i.e. defining your ideal target audience; scripting the talk tracks; having an appropriate call-to-action; etc.) and then closely monitoring their calls for the first few days to course-correct as needed.
