What are the best open source human resource (HRIS/HRIM) systems out there?

I tried to get Waypoint running and was unable to do so.

I did get Orange running. I liked the look an feel, but out of the box, Orange's functionality is pretty limited. Orange appears to be a private for profit company that makes their money from their range of upsells, each of which is in the range of a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. They also offer a hosted online service, which includes all or most their modules for a few dollars per employee per month.

I haven't seen the other two, but in the world of SaaS offerings, TribeHR and Bamboo appear to be interesting.
