What is the name of a good resource/traffic management cloud solution?

My business is a marketing agency in need of resource planning and scheduling without the invoicing, timesheets etc, just plain resource/traffic management. Will need to be able to accept uploads from our current system in Excel, csv or txt format. Appreciate anyone pointing me in the right direction.

If so, have you tried a wiki or google search? Most products of this nature are available both as stand-alone and as a service.

Thanks, I have checked all the project planning software, but have found them to be too complex for my needs. It is almost just a rostering system required, but used mainly to manage current staff head hours.
I actually only really want to report on resource (be FTE or contractor) what they have been allocated now and in the future and then look for capacity and/or overload.
Traditional project planning software doesn't really allow you to do this without the complex project setups.
