What practice management and cloud file sharing software is everyone using?

Hi, I'm Eric from DOKKA.com. Our platform helps bookkeeping & accounting companies do a number of things around pre-accounting. (document collection from clients, automatic creation of the bookkeeping entries etc). However, as we are collecting all the documentation for each business, we built a smart document management system around this documentation with google-style search, virtual linking, sticky notes, tagging, duplicating, virtual folders, and a lot more features. We found the problem with straight cloud storage, is that you put files into different folders that should ideally be in 1 folder, and then it's difficult to find them later.
