What tools or tricks do you use to stay organized?

As an Industrial Engineer I find that organization is the key to it all, however it is important to realize that staying organized is a never ending process. For example, email can be a huge source of lack of productivity because of the lack of organization. Prioritizing, categorizing, and creating rules can be of tremendous value in organizing your emails.
