I think it depends on what the operation of the company is. For instance, if it is a high volume manufacturing facility where it is highly automated then absolutely.
Real time analytics is HIGHLY DEPENDENT on real time transaction capture and processing.
As the old saying goes......Garbage in, garbage out.
