Workday Financial Management - Early Adopters

My company is a longstanding PeopleSoft Financials shop. Although a quite capable ERP system, its byzantine nature (architecture, components, configuration, etc) makes it unwieldy and expensive to maintain and upgrade. I'm charged with developing a long range technology platform strategy and have been following Workday.com for quite some time. It's Financial Management suite has matured greatly in the last 2 years so I'm wondering if any early adopters (especially large shops) would weigh in with thoughts. Implementation, design/configuration, data/system integration, reporting/analytics, end user experience, etc.

Have deployed Workday for national not-for-profit with 3,500 staff and $125 million annual budget. Staging rollout and have gone live with payroll, HCM and working on financials/procurement/expense management now. Strong advocate for the platform; design front to back is very strong. Users love it. Also working on integration with SalesForce.
