Workday itself does not offer a budgeting and forecasting module, but one of its partners, Tidemark, does.
Have rolled out Workday for HCM, Payroll and Financials. Strong and developing across all modules, and other important enhancements coming (e.g. Recruiting). It has maturity issues but no show stoppers.
Tidemark is the offered integration but working on Adaptive Planning roll up for a client now. Let me know if you would like additional information.
